I don't know the "official" answer. But I started taking fish oil a year ago, and I've definitely sweat more in the last year than I used to before I started taking it. It's not a smelly sweat, I don't think I smell at all. But if I'm in the sun, or hurrying somewhere I definitely sweat more now. I've heard this is a good thing though, that when the body is functioning better it sweats more.
