Believe it or not yes! Good long lasting love relationships start on a friendship basis. Sometimes people really love the other person as a friend and if they are of the opposite sex they may want to even marry this person because they are attracted to their personality more than any other attribute and feel comfortable with them which fits into the type of relationship they want in their future. However, if this is the case then it's best to be honest with the other person as they may require more as far as a sexual relationship being involved. One also has to be careful that there is nothing physically wrong with them and they may have a low libido due to an illness, medications or an hormonal imbalance and should see their doctor.

Answer I don't think so. I think you can love someone and not be sexually attracted to them but I don't think you can be "in love" and not be sexually attracted to that person.
