No but you should probably wise up and stop trying to sound like a bigot. Not only are you trying to insult someone which makes you seem rather classless, but you're doing it by trying to imply being gay is wrong and bad which makes you a bigot as well.

Stop using "gay" as an insult or a way to say something sucks ("that's so gay") since it only shows you're intolerant of other people. Which is what bigot means.

Another view:

Words have multiple meanings. So those who call someone gay might not be referring to sexual orienation at all. However, it is still wise to avoid using the word that way. Also, keep in mind that there is a difference between believing the concept of gayness is wrong and being against actual gay persons. So it is possible to oppose the behavior/idea/lifestyle of gayness without being a bigot and being opposed to people because they are gay. It is a fine line, so when in doubt, err on the side of caution. So no, saying that is not illegal, but it is not wise either.
