An assertive person is calm and stands his/her ground. He/She is convaince of his/her values. Does not need another person to determine for him/her right from wrong. And in case they happen to be wrong, they can easily appologise without feeling ashame. The Book of Galatians 5: 22-23 describes the personality of someone assertive in these words. " they love, have joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control. On the other hand an aggressive person is: according to Galatians 5: 19-21 in these words. " They are sexually immoral, unclean, brazen in their conduct, involve in idolatry, spiritism, hostility, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, envy, drunkenness and so forth...... So to answer your question: An assertive person is someone who has values based on God's requirements, and an aggressive person is someone who is under the influence of the one who is misleading our world described in the Book of 1 John 5: 19 and Revelation 12: 9. 1John 5: 19 reads. " The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. And Revelation 12: 9 tells us that the wicked one is the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth. Their values are described in the Book of 2 Timothy 3: 1-5, as people who are lovers of themselves, lovers of money unthankful, disloyal and so forth.....
