There are many"magic" water treatment systems that claim that their magnetic fields can purify water. None of these has any scientific credibility. The only potential material that magnets could remove would be discrete particles of iron, steel or nickel. None of these are common pollutants. Magnets have no impact on salts, dissolved organics or biological material.
