If you are speaking of female transvestites (females who wear mens' clothing to appear masculine), then yes.

If you are speaking of male transvestites (males who wear womens' clothing to appear feminine) then no.

A transvestite does not want surgery, they want to wear the clothes but not change their body. A transsexual (or sometimes transgendered person) does wish to change their body and after GRS (surgery) transgendered females do go to the gynecologist especially for breast examination. (Estrogen increases the chances of breast cancer by humongous amounts.)
