Have women's rights changed since the 1900's?

womens rights have changed alot since the 1900's, like back then women couldent vote they couldent get good paying jobs liek men and they couldent keep their pay cheques, the men got to take their pays and get booze, now a days women can get a good paying job at a foctory or wherever they want, they can keep their pay cheque and have they right to vote. women are people!

Of course women have progressed. Just look at them. Women used to be good for marriage and having children. They were to stay home and take care of the family. This means cleaning, cooking, caring for children and being there for her husband. Today, women are in the working place with good jobs. Look how many doctor's and lawyer's are women today. Women don't have to get married and have children to be happy. It is a whole new world for women. Who would ever think we would have a women up for Vice President? Women have come a long way and will continue to make their mark.

We can vote, we can get a higher education, we don't nessisarily have to have our fathers permission to date someone or marry them nor do we have to marry who our fathers tell us to do. I'm sure there's a lot more, but that's all can think of off of the top of my head.
