global warming of course silly
What is global warming?
Global warming is when the earth heats up (the temperature rises). It happens when greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide, and methane) trap heat and light from the sun in the earth's atmosphere, which increases the temperature.

What is heat pollution? well heat pollution is really the mixture of all the gasses in the environment. for example when the sun is too hot it can cause a huge drought in the country or even in the world.
When the temperature of water in waterways increases, it's called thermal pollution.
Thermal means 'temperature' and 'environment' means that which surrounds you. Temperature would include the ambient heat of the air, hot/cold surfaces and sources of thermal radiation. Thermal pollution is usually caused by Man's production and use of energy or by Man's urban conurbations. There is little that can be done to reduce this form of pollution. However, thermal energy radiates away very quickly and Man's direct contribution to the heat/cold of the environment is minimal. It is greenhouse gasses that are causing the biggest thermal pollution but this is an indirect means of thermal pollution of the planet.
heat pollution is caused by lots of things for example light bulbs !! They produce more heat pollution than light, also cars, factories, farms, etc.
In this case, the heat itself IS the pollution. Too much heat may affect some living beings. In this case, the heat itself IS the pollution. Thermal pollution causes a rise in the ambient water temperature in rivers. Excess heat often causes algal blooms and increased metabolism in aquatic animals. This results in a shorter life span for both the plants and animals.
Far less than fossil fuels. The amount of nuclear fuel required to make a certain amount of energy is tiny compared to fossil fuels, and therefore produces far less pollution. Most of the pollution is from mining the nuclear fuel, the only pollution from burning the fuel is "heat pollution", where the cooling towers dump waste heat into a lake or ocean and the temperature changes the ecosystem.
Temperature is neutral. It is part of climate data, and is not pollution.
Heat and temperature are related but not the same thing. Temperature is a measure of the average kinetic energy of particles in a substance, while heat is the transfer of energy between objects due to a temperature difference. Heat can change the temperature of an object by transferring energy to it.
Particle pollution is elevated in summer. It is due to the heat.
Temperature measures heat.
No, heat is an energy where the temperature is not.
