Get a bag of cheap, but absorbent cat litter to soak the liquid oil. Scoop it up and put into a double trash bag (so it doesn't leak in you car) and take it to a parts store or an auto service center and see if they will put it with their oil to be recycled. The oil stain on the concrete can be cleaned with Purple Power and a scrub brush, and the residue can be hosed down and flushed outside or into a city storm drain (the water deludes the chemicals enough, so they aren't harmful).
Cat litter is good to soak up the spill after it first happens. It will usually get all of it up.
Remove the carpet and have it dry-cleaned.
Yes, if you accidentally spill gas on your lawn, you can effectively clean it up by using absorbent materials like cat litter or sawdust to soak up the spill. Then, you can use a shovel to remove the contaminated soil and dispose of it properly. It's important to avoid using water to clean up the spill, as it can spread the contamination further.
we can help clean the oil spill by volunteering to help clean the animals who have oil on them.
clean it up :)

Clean it up
The effect of the oil spill in the Gulf will not only not allow us to go to our beaches but i will kill all the animals that get caught in the spill that are not rescued and it will cost gas prices to go up and it will cost lots of money to clean it up.
It has to be Bounty. One sheet will serve as the best spill clean up device you'll ever have! It has to be Brawny. They make the thickest sheets for spill clean up. I'd probably use another brand just as a napkin or something like that, but for spill clean up, go with Brawny.
jo
you use cotton and dish soap to clean it up.
