You have to eat more food, you get food by exploring the city or buying it. you will need to get a trolley which you will get from the trolley boy in the wallmart at east side, but before that, you will have to do a couple of Duncans missions in the city.
***NOTE*** you can only eat 5 times
another way is to wait for about 2 hrs. your awake bar will be full.
you could also get them by using points but that will cost money to get points.
