You can't make yourself completely deaf if you're a hearing person. Part of the transmission of sound is through bone conduction. You will always hear that part.
To deafen yourself as much as possible, temporarily, you can get earplugs at a pharmacy or an outdoors/hunting store. The maximum rating for earplugs in the US is 29 or 30 decibels. Get the highest rating you can find. There are many different types, but they all succeed about the same. However, the physical experience in your ear differs.
Then here's one way that you can try but I don't know if there are any unwanted consequences. You can get a 1 oz syringe (no needle!) and glop a bunch of Vaseline® in it. Then put it far into your ear canal and squirt hard. This fills the cavity and your hearing will be moderately impaired (which is a real measurement--see "audiograms"). You can wipe the outer ear to "tidy up," and when you want it out a tissue and then a cotton swab will do. And it sort of melts out.
Bend your knees.
When you yawn, the muscles in your ears tighten, which can temporarily affect your hearing and make you feel like you are going deaf. This sensation usually goes away once the yawning stops and the muscles relax.
Yes. You'll have to buy one of those naval air horns to make yourself heard.

No offense, but where in the world did you hear that? Anways, he was never deaf, but he did make an invetion for deaf people and worked at a home for the deaf.
Two of the best fundraising items are cookies and magazines since everyone seems to want these. Make sure you are polite and do not be pushy with people.
small holes cant make you deaf as the ear canal is still open
*deaf and the same reason deaf people can make noises...
No.
You almost certainly can't scream yourself deaf. Even the loudest of us would have a hard time generating the sound energy needed to damage his own hearing that much without mechanical or electronic assistance. Please don't try to prove that it can be done. It just isn't worth it.
No they do not. They temporarily make you stronger to workout.
Find programs that make people excited. I do a lot of fundraising and I have found that when people are excited, they willingly give money. They will then tell others; the excitement spreads and more money comes in.
