Other people define it as "sin hogar" or "sin techo".
But in Spanish sounds awkward to say "los sin hogar" or "los sin techo". These are just too literal.
A more robust translation is "desamparados" o "gente desamparada".
Depending on context you can always say "gente que vive en la calle" or "people who live in the streets"
