  • Bullying effects emotions in any preteen or teen which can lead to not eating; eating too much; vomiting; gastrointestinal problems; lack of self confidence; the victim will often escape to the privacy of their room; become withdrawn; have few friends; suicides are rising because of bullying and their grades always are affected until the bullying problem is resolved and the educational system refuses to put up with bullies and learns to expel the bully or bullies. Parents need to form groups and work with the schools. The bright side of it all is more good students (especially in high school) are getting together to try and stop bullying. Teens that are intelligent and mature for their years can help a great deal in preventing bullying in their school. Give the good teens a chance and back them in the school to form a group regarding bullying because there are more good teens attending school and only a scattered few who are bullies. Also laws should be changed to protect the victims of bullying and making the bully and their parent's pay for any bodily harm to the victim or any verbal abuse or threats. Cyberbullying is extremely high so a parent should always check out their child's emails from time-to-time.
  • If you are being bullied, you are under extreme pressure at school, which could lead to failing grades.
