We can easily recapitulate the Apartheid Law that was in practice in South Africa, which was a clear incitement to racism. This draconian Law prohibited the blacks even to enter the localities where the whites were in majority. Further there were restrictions in Government service for the blacks where the whites enjoyed supremacy. The blacks were second class citizens even in their own home land. The strenuous fight of Dr. Nelson Mandella,for which he was behind bars for 34 years, forced the white ruled Government to repeal this primitive Law,thereby officially putting an end to racism.
