Man's impact on the environment over the centuries has been colossal. We have

  • Destroyed forests
  • Dammed rivers
  • Destroyed habitats of insects, birds, animals, and even humans
  • Concreted over natural landscapes
  • Hunted animals out of existence
  • Dug up mountains and valleys in search of coal and oil
  • Burnt that coal and oil, releasing billions of tons of carbon dioxide pollution

We have taken steps that are causing global warming and climate change and many countries are doing very little to stop it. In fact most countries are doing very little to stop it!
By polluting
The greatest impact of man on the environment could be the unnatural changes, man had done through the years
The negative human impact on the environment is us treating the environment for example littering

what bad things we do on the environment and how it affects it

In simplest form:

How are we hurting our surroundings
we do a lot. before humans their were no pollution, oil spills, there were more animals. everything in nature we somehow caused. that means good and bad.
