If you are in the United States and want to bring your spouse to this country, you have two options:

F2A Visa: This visa is issued to the spouses of US Green Card holders. The processing time for these visas is relatively long because a limited number of them are issued per year.

IR1 Visa: This visa is for US citizens' spouses, known as the Marriage Green Card. These visas do not have a long processing time. Depending on the circumstances, most people receive their visas after 8 to 10 months.
