In comparison to WW2 very few indeed. Although initially the Germans were able to advance to the river Marne the affect on the civillian population was minimal, again with comparison to WW2. The allied bombing of Caen, for example, post D Day, in WW2 was probably more destructive of French infrastructure in WW2 than the whole of WW1 put together. Sure, certain places such as Ypres & Verdun suffered grieviously in WW1 but the effects of conflict were marginalised to what was essentially the battlefield. In WW2 Frace was wholly occupied by the Germans post Vichy and I would think Allied bombings were responsible for as much destruction as the initial German Blitzkreig in 1940. In fact the Allies relieving France in WW2 was probably more destructive than the initial German attack also, at least in places such as Bayeux & St Lo for example.
