Julius Caesar was legally married three times. His first wife, Cornelia Cinnilla, was the daughter of one of the great leaders of the Marian Party. He was married to her from 83 BCE until her death in 69 BCE. Second wife, Pompeia, was the daughter of the Roman dictator, Lucius Cornelius Sulla. He was married to Pompeia from 67 BCE, until their divorce in 61 BCE. His last wife was Calpurnia Pissonis, daughter of a Roman consul, who he married in 59 BCE and remained married to until his death.
