Well im an apprentice at the moment making 11.96 my first year 4 months in. I get evaluated every 6 months for a 2 to 1.50 pay increase. for the next 4 years of apprenticship. When that time is up i should have reached the median hourly pay of 23.00$. At witch time i will be a journeymen. Which is for my area of Miami , Florida. Im actually a sheet metal worker at the new Marlins Ball park.
