How much erosion and pollution is caused by tourism?

Tourists erode areas they travel to in many different ways such as by walking along paths they are wearing away the path a tiny bit, this process is called abrasian. Pollution occurs when tourists litter areas that they travel to or if they drive a car to get to their tourist destination they are polluting the air with car fumes or if they travel by boat they are polluting the lakes or seas with oil and other toxic chemicals. Tourists can also disrupt habitats that animals live in by disturbing them or ruining their habitat.

We can stop deforestation, erosion and pollution by stopping chopping trees down, that we shouldn't litter and start finding ways to be more Eco friendly instead of relying on cars and planes to travel.
