For instances when upwelling occurs the hazardous waste will be at the upper layer of the ocean Aquatic anamils will consume them therefore making the sea food we get dangerous to eat This will increase the amunt of carbon dioxide causing global warming Organism that live in that portion of the ocean will die upsettinf the food chain that will eventually lead to us
