Yes, the term "gyppo" is considered a derogatory and racist slang used to refer to Romani people or travelers. It perpetuates stereotypes and discrimination against these communities. Using such language contributes to marginalization and reinforces negative biases, making it unacceptable in respectful discourse.
I consider that is not a racist comment.
they feel great after a good racist comment!

No, I'm Welsh and I do not bum sheep. It's just a racist comment from the English.
Maybe Not Racist but PunishableI don't believe it is a racist comment if it was just stated that he is an Indian, but then I don't believe in a lot of things that are politically correct and incorrect today. I suppose it might depend on the way it was said, though. A lot of times tone and context means a lot when speaking. Removing the allegation of it being a racist comment, there might be reason for punishment, though. For example, if I said to Jose, "You are a Mexican, aren't you?" it's just asking about his nationality. However, if I said to Mikey, "You're a slimey no-good poor white boy who will never amount to anything," it is insulting and serves to put Mikey down. The second comment certainly deserves punishment, or at the very least an adult explaining why it was wrong to say such a mean and cruel thing to another human being, and the boy making an apology for the comment, whether racist or not.So, racist comment or not, punishment would depend a lot on the context in which the Indian boy was called an Indian.
this is more like a comment but anyways, you can join clubs to stop rasium and more.- Rachelle and Ashleyn
I think it would be when Old Green Grasshopper says he'd rather be eaten by a Mexican.
