The conversion of electricity to hydrogen is inherently inefficient.
There may be applications for a mobile application of Hydrogen (automobiles) where there are requirements of high power density and quick "charges". However, for a fixed location such as a building, it would be inefficient, and one would be better off just using electricity.
Remember, of course, most of the Natural Gas that is used in the USA is a fossil fuel.

Many eco-friendly bags are made of recycled plastic or fabric, but it could just be a bag you have used before. Bring back a paper bag from the grocery store and I bet they'll fill it up like other ecofriendly bags.
