I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly, but the way I read it, it seems that you find interracial marriages to be a problem. Is that correctly understood? If so, please elaborate...
I do not see why an interracial marriage should be a problem. Race does not define who we are as people and how we interact with each other therefore marriages between people of different races are no different from marriages between people of the same race.
The only factors that may change this statement, are difference in culture and mainly: how others judge a mixed couple.
For the culture difference, it may as well occur in a marriage of same races. (A hill billy and a city girl may not see eye to eye although they are of the same race.)
How a couple is judged by society, and even friends and family can make a big difference in any married couples life. This applies to an interracial couple as well as fat/thin, tall/short, hot/geek, any constellation of people who don't look the same!
Interracial marriages are in my opinion an example of a modern social victory! Not too long ago, it was still illegal for people of different races to marry but need I say that laws never prevented people from falling in love?

Furthermore, societal norms around divorce and cohabitation have evolved, with modern views generally being more accepting of diverse relationship structures.
