Anyone who has a penis, likes keeping it for life, and makes love to someone else who has a penis is gay. Gender identity or feelings has little to do with it. If a penis goes into a person who has a penis, it is gay sex, period. They can try to loophole it all they want and pretend it is something else, but it is what it is.
