Tobacco can be legally purchased in the state of Kansas, at age 18.
nooo don't do it!!!!!Actually, it is perfectly legal to sell tobacco seeds if you are a bonafide licensed business. Tobacco seeds are not under the PACT Act which covers only tobacco cigarettes and tobacco leaf products , but not cigars or pipe tobacco. Reference: FDA which now controls tobacco products and sales.
There is a web site for Gambler TubeCut tobacco: www.tubecuttobacco.com. If you wish to contact Republic Tobacco, please call the customer service line at 800-288-8888.
Tobacco
Because some teenagers try tobacco products, quit using tobacco products, and keep using tobacco products, there is no exact number.
Legally you are NOT allowed to smoke if you are under the age of 16. It is illegal to buy (or attempt to buy) tobacco products if you are under 18. It is ALSO an offence to knowingly buy (or attempt to buy) tobacco products for use by someone under 18.
Anything that isn't illegal, lol. Tobacco, mainly I guess, but other legal smoking products like damiana, etc.
Short answer is no. Kansas City (KS and MO) have both raised the age to purchase tobacco to 21. This is not a state wide law, but applies only to the city, you can go off to a suburb and legally purchase tobacco. There is no penalty for having tobacco products, and the fine goes to the seller, not the person purchasing.
No, tobacco is not classified as a controlled substance in the same way as drugs like cocaine or marijuana. However, there are age restrictions on purchasing tobacco products and regulations on their sale and advertising to promote public health and safety.
The most important ingredient in the tobacco products is nicotine and of course there are many other 4000 components who make tobacco products so wanted.

Depends where you live. In my part of the world you must be over eighteen to legally buy tobacco products, and both purchaser and seller can be prosecuted and fined for breaking this law. You don't hear, though, of youngsters being fined for smoking, though you certainly see it happening in public and, presumably, someone bought the cigarettes for them. Check with your local police or justice system.
