The consequences of deforestation are becoming greater and greater! We are losing tree's. Becoming more over populated and loosing more trees which is making the h2o in the air drop heavily. If we continue to chop down out tree's and continue to not act on the global warming crises.... i can only imagine an early end to the world as we know it. Face masks with stale oxygen to breath...Indoors at all times..and all this will lead to human extinction. In the case of human extinction the world will be unpopulated and this is where Mars comes in. I believe the quicker we venture Mars the quicker we move people to Mars( which is going to happen in the next 2 centuries) and the quicker the humanrace can reestablish out earth as it once was 300-400 years ago... even if that means UN modernizing things to make them more environmental friendly... The new generation must learn to live without littering, having all the newest gadgets, and all the resources you can imagine.

My opinion in this matter is that Al Gore would have been the best choice for American president instead of George Bush Jr.. Al Gore is a very intelligent man who has passion for the environment and i believe that if America could go back to his time... the world today would have less problems... and the problems we already had would lesser and lesser...

How does deforestation impact the environment and what are the consequences of deforestation on biodiversity and climate change?

Deforestation has a significant impact on the environment by reducing the number of trees that absorb carbon dioxide, leading to an increase in greenhouse gases and contributing to climate change. It also destroys habitats for many species, leading to a loss of biodiversity and disrupting ecosystems. The consequences of deforestation include soil erosion, loss of wildlife, and changes in local and global climate patterns.

What are the potential consequences of rhogh on the environment?

The potential consequences of deforestation on the environment include loss of biodiversity, disruption of ecosystems, soil erosion, and increased greenhouse gas emissions leading to climate change.

Why is deforestation bad for climate change and what are the consequences of it on the environment?

Deforestation is bad for climate change because trees absorb carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming. When trees are cut down, this carbon is released back into the atmosphere, exacerbating climate change. The consequences of deforestation on the environment include loss of biodiversity, disruption of ecosystems, soil erosion, and increased greenhouse gas emissions, leading to further climate change.

What is MODIS satellite and how is it used to study deforestation?

How does deforestation contribute to climate change and what are the potential consequences of this relationship?

Deforestation contributes to climate change by releasing stored carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which increases greenhouse gas levels. This leads to global warming and other climate disruptions. The potential consequences include more frequent and severe natural disasters, loss of biodiversity, disruption of ecosystems, and negative impacts on human health and livelihoods.
