Bisexuality is not an illness so it doesn't have symptoms. Most people are bisexual to a greater or lesser extend. Very few pople are exclusively attracted to just one sex. Most people do only ever have sex or form releationships with one sex (the opposite sex if they are "straight" or their own sex if they are "gay"). But most people are also able to recognise whether members of the sex that they don't have relationships with are "attractive" or not. Active bisexuals generally prefer one sex but may also have sexual relationships with the other sex. To put it simply they are straight but they are also gay. So, if you find yourself going out with girls and having a good sexual relationship with them but you also find yourself glancing at guys and wishing you could have sex with them too it may just be idle curiosity but it might also mean that you are probably bisexual.
