For the bully, if no one calls him/her on it, it continues through school into their family and work. They are generally busy trying to be better than someone else and bullying is how they get the feeling, rather than from their accomplishments. The consequences for victims are stress from the constant barrage of belittling events (I've been there) and questioning of whether what you perceive is right. The effects of bullying last for quite some time after the event. If it occurs at work, most times you will have to leave to obtain relief. Giving written notice to your HR Department of intolerable circumstances with a copy to your state EEOC may offer some relief if you can manage to do it before you actually quit the job. Children who are bullied have a higher than normal chance of suicide by their early 20s.

well first of all, i don't even know why he/she even done it! But you know when you bully someone, deep in your heart you know its wrong. So ask a parent or teacher to help you to stop bullying.

The person who started the bulling get bullied back when all the bulling is done. If the bully is lucky: The bully will not get in trouble, the victim will get what the bully wants and the bully will try again next time.

If the victim is lucky: Someone will help the bully (bystander, teacher etc.) and the bully wouldn't do it again.

In the future:

Bully: The bully will keep doing it on people, and will be feared by all students. The bully will do more horrible things and may end up in jail someday.

Victim: Victim will be bullied countless times and will be more and more negative, and if it gets really worse, science have proven that the bully victim will commit suicide
