A little background here: in August of 1971, sponsored by the Office of US Naval Research, the US Navy and Marine Corps, Dr. Phillip Zimbardo, with twenty-four student volunteers conducted the infamous Stanford Prison Experiment. They were to study the dynamics that developed between guards and prisoners. This is important for this answer for one reason: although Dr. Zimbardo shut down the experiment early to protect volunteers, he has continued to analyze and study the data he gained from the failed experiment. What he determined is that most aggressive, bullying behavior rises primarily out of two factors: lack of education or training, and boredom.
Cyberbullying is likely the result of these two factors as well, at least to some degree.
Drugs, exam stress, cyberbulling and abuse.
Some types are cyberbulling which is bullying on electronics and bulling is just regular being mean to people.
