I guess it depends on the persons background, if he has commited offenses, or has any weapons to hand these are all important factors.
You can be removed from any country that has a valid reason for the deportation. Esp if they have a warrant against them in a country just waiting to hear from them and NZ does not want them there.
It is legal in the United States for an illegal immigrant to marry a US citizen. Once the marriage is legal, the illegal immigrant becomes a legal immigrant and can stay in the US for the course of the marriage.
It's not illegal.
No he cannot
If you are married, you can apply for divorce.
no not unless they where married to a USA partner.
the US citizen shouldn't
=An immigrant is NOT an alien.==The immigrant would still be legal because they were married to a US citizen.=
If your already married she's already legal! * An immigrant legal or illegal does not become a US citizen by marrying a US citizen. The female immigrant who is in the US illegal can still be deported under US immigration laws. The issue of her being married to a citizen and having children may or may not be to her advantage. If she is taken into custody she will be given the chance to appeal any deportation issues, but there can be no guarantee of the outcome. The best option is for her to consult an attorney who is knowledgeable in immigration law before taking any other action.
I believe that you're guaranteed a citizenship when you marry a citizen, but being an illegal complicates the matter.
Yes they can apply - there will be tough questions though.
If an undocumented (illegal) immigrant is married to a U.S. citizen, then they are a U.S. citizen. So their divorce from another U.S. citizen won't affect the status of their child at all.
