What contribution can women make to the society?

Women produce babies that ensure the future of society.

If that weren't enough, they also can do anything a man does.

In a non condescending and realist view, the sole role of women in society is to make babies and raise them; in an apples to apples comparison, their evolutionary circumstance has dismissed them from having the ability to closely compete intellectually with men. There are many examples through scientific findings and naturally occurring circumstances that prove this point. In the Uk, it has been scientifically proven that when men and women are intellectually evaluated who are equal in socioeconomic status, race, and their raising, men have a superior IQ. However, this finding does not limit women extensively and they can still compete quite sufficiently under normal circumstances (your average job). The more interesting finding is that men are 5X more likely to reach an extreme level of intellect (these are often the people who bring innovation and inventions to society). While women defensively claim "they can do anything a man can", their invention list is not impressive. Also, it is a worldly fact that women are emotional; this means that they are irrational and thus make wrong decisions. We should all respect women enough to honor their request to be treated fairly; weighing their abilities is a first step.

The majority of all nurses and midwifes are women and they contribute by healping people being born and survive. Their role, just as men's role, is to raise the young to be fit to take over. It is true the inventors have mostly been men but that has not been because of lack of interest but due to the role women has been placed in society in the old days. If you don't even have the right to vote it's hard to get your voice heard. Women were not even considered to have the right to schooling in the old days and it's still like that in certain parts of the world. In the western world and todays society women go to school more and longer then men and are more educated. they are better at juggling work and family since they usually carry the major load of the work at home. They live longer them men and are the ones nursing you from cradle to grave on top of working full time. We also know today that IQ is measured more then one way; one is intellectual regarding math etc and then there's the other way measuring how you socialize with people and being empathic. A society have a need for both.

Women contribute to society in many, many ways! There are very, very few professions that don't include women these days, or at least have a female counterpart (such as the WNBA or WPGA). Women are also very active volunteers in their communities. Hospitals, nursing homes, schools...these institutions rely quite a bit on volunteerism. And don't forget motherhood! Without nurturing mothers raising children as best they know how, what on earth would society be like?
