The rat, tiger, dragon, rabbit, ox, horse, snake, monkey, rooster, and boar were the chosen one. Well actually they kinda fought for it though a river.

In certain cultures or belief systems, animals are considered more important than humans because they are seen as sacred beings that possess spiritual qualities and are connected to the natural world in a way that humans are not. This belief often stems from a deep respect for all living creatures and a recognition of the interconnectedness of all life on Earth.
Domestication is important because it allows humans to control the breeding, behavior, and characteristics of plants and animals for their own benefit. This has enabled the development of agriculture, the domestication of animals for food and companionship, and the creation of a stable food supply. Additionally, domestication has played a role in the evolution of societies and cultures.
