Your question is flawed. what 'did' it lead to suggests that it is something in the past. Feminism is still in process today, women are not yet equal to men in all aspects of life, therefore the movement has not finished.

If you are ridiculous enough to need a black and white answer, the first thing it accomplished was women getting the vote. in 1911, women over the age of 21 and who had a certain income could vote. In 1928, women received the same voting rights as men.
