In the 1930's, my grandfather was cruel to his family, especially his young son. A neighbor threatened to call the police if my grandfather beat my uncle again. From then on, grandfather took my uncle to the basement and beat him until there was blood in his urine. Grandfather was also unfaithful to his wife and controlled his famiy with an iron fist. One day, grandfather found a bundle of switches on the front steps of the house. The KKK had left their calling card. The next step would have been to abduct him and give him a beating. He packed up and left his family. Grandfather died in his 90's, alone and deaf. The family thrived on the farm after he was gone.
i dont know (mabe they just like your doorstep).
Putting a dead black cat on a doorstep could be a superstitious or threatening gesture meant to bring bad luck or harm to the person living in the residence. It could also be part of a ritual or a form of intimidation or harassment. It is important to take this act seriously and report it to the authorities.
A pigs head on your doorstep is an ominous warning to the recipient. This means that somebody might want to hurt you.
nothing, there is no meaning at all.
Your house smells.
Traditionally, finding a penny is a sign of good luck. However, in Canada, where pennies are about to be phased out, finding pennies on your doorstep will soon mean that someone thinks you are in the scrap copper business.

Rollo (pronounced ROH-yoh) can mean roll (as in a roll of something like coins, string or paper) It can also mean Reel (as in a reel of film -- roll of film) It can also mean bundle (as in something bundled up in a mess. However it does NOT mean bundle as in a bundle of cash or a bundled price on a package.)
