There is no such thing, if you're illegal you do not have legal permanent residency.
Yes, a person can marry an illegal immigrant, but that doesnt mean that it will lead to the immigrant getting legal status.
If you mean can the elder perform the marriage ceremony of a US citizen JW with a JW who is an illegal immigrant in the US then assuming that it is not illegal to do so then I would also assume that it is allowable.
In New Jersey it is the driver who rear ended him who is at fault. However, that does not mean that the illegal unlicensed driver will not face deportation.
No. Having a child in the United States does NOT affect the parent's immigration status. Once the child is 21, that child can petition for the parent to be given a green card, but the mere fact of an illegal having children who are US citizens does not confer any change in immigration status for that illegal alien. Thus, the illegal alien parent can easily be deported. The child may also be forced to leave with the illegal parent, but this depends entirely on the circumstances. Even if the US citizen child does leave with the illegal parent, that does not affect the citizenship of the child.
Assuming you mean marrying in the UK - Provided they are 'lawfully present' in the UK (ie not an illegal immigrant or failed asylum-seeker), and both parties are free to marry, there is no reason why not.
Living in a certain place.
No. You don't say what country you are in, but in the modern world, many people are immigrants, or the recent descendants of immigrants. Perhaps you mean "an illegal immigrant" - in which case your country probably has laws governing such a thing. You would need to ask a new, more clearly worded question, giving more details.
To keep it simple an illegal immigrant is someone who moved to the country from Another Country without the government's permission. They would have to hide in a container on a ship or swim there or something.
that their parents were the ones who moved here
I believe you are asking if it is legal for an employer to hire a legal immigrant over a American citizen. By "legal immigrant," I assume you mean one who is authorized to work in the United States. Yes. As long as the person hired is legally authorized to work in the United States, his citizenship is irrelevant. Keep in mind that it is illegal in many jurisdictions for an employer to discriminate against a potential employee on the basis of national origin.
If you mean is it legal to HIRE a legal immigrant, then yes, certainly. It is ILLEGAL for employers to prefer US citizens over legally admitted immigrants. everyone legally allowed to work in the USA competes with every other legal worker. The ILLEGALS must sit out the competition and not work anywhere.
i am pretty sure it is a derogatory term for an immigrant.
