Evidence of corruption in the unions upper echelons, the company being bought out by a competitor who pays higher wages and/or offers better benefits than were agreed to with the old company, and a lack of attention paid to worker's concerns when negotiating to name a few. None of these are very prevalent mind you, but they do happen.
