An Utopian society
That type of society is often referred to as a utopia, where there is no poverty and workers are treated fairly. It embodies the idea of a perfect society where everyone's needs are met and everyone is treated with respect and equality.
The Great Society
It was named the great society and included the war against poverty.
The Great Society was what Johnson called his package of programs. Among them was his War on Poverty.
President Lyndon B. Johnson created domestic programs that were referred to as the Great Society. The programs were designed to eliminate poverty and racial injustice.
There is a lot of poverty in the Philippines. Some people, called "squatters," live near trash mounds and scavenge through the rubble to find materials that they can re-sell. Many are living in extreme poverty and unsanitary conditions. My reaction to this problem was to start a charity called Philippine Aid Society. www.philippineaid.org
A balanced society is often referred to as an egalitarian society, where there is equal opportunity, rights, and treatment for all members regardless of differences such as gender, race, or social status.

Agricultural production owned by rural communities are called communes. Manufacturing or retail firms owned by the workers are called cooperatives.
Migrant workers were also sometimes called "guest workers" or "temporary workers."
Marx called such workers proletarians. He called the social class made up of such workers the proletariat.
