I would have to admit the least targeted race for racism has been those of the European race. Though they have been accepted world wide with open arms they seem to wreck havoc on the populations where they were welcomed. To my knowledge there are no other racist species of people as a whole other than Europeans. Other races that spread racism has direct or indirect influence from Europeans even where the racism is spread within ones own race.
