The international leader of the Salvation Army is called the general, currently Shaw Clifton but soon to change.

Below him are the Territorial Commanders, leaders of countries of groups of countries.

Below them are Divisional Commanders who run smaller areas within the territories similar to government regions in Britain.

Below them are Corps Officers who run the centres or churches, their jobs are similar to those of vicars or priests.

Also there are various secretaries and directors with in the headquarters such as directors of personnel, evangelism etc.

Within a Corps there are also various local Officers (generally volunteers), these include:

Corps Sergeant Major

Corps Secretary

Corps Treasurer

and other such like jobs..
