They'll still end up with a partner, womans "desired" wants aren't always practical in the real world ! some women marry men because they want to secure their children s future. these women go to the extent of staying in the marriage even if they are being abused by their husbands. there are also some who marry some men because of their family name

I expect it means that single women are happy because (a) they either have, or are not neurotic about, security; (b) they either have money or are happy not to have any to worry about; (c) they have all the companionship they need without someone cluttering up the house on a daily and nightly basis; (d) they have a clean and tidy and peaceful home and (e) they don't have anyone to nag. Having someone to nag and things to nag about doesn't sound a lot like happiness. but there's no figuring folks.

Possibly the notion of Lesbian relationships implies sex rather than no sex. I wonder where that piece of wisdom came from? Some pop-phsychology internet site, maybe?
