Basically, a lisp is substituting a "th" sound for an "s" sound. So if I wrote that sentence as if I were lisping, it would be "Bathically, a lithp ith thubthituting a "th" sound for an "s" thound."
So you could write down a bunch of common phrases with the "s" sound in them, substitute "th" and read them aloud, over and over.
Another way to do it is to get a recording of someone with a lisp and imitate it. This may be hard to find, but a speech therapist might be able to help.
