Disabled people live in a variety of settings, including their own homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and nursing homes, depending on their needs and preferences. Many disabled individuals strive for independence and reside in community settings, often with support from family, friends, or caregivers. Accessibility and availability of resources can influence their living situations significantly. Ultimately, the living arrangements of disabled people are as diverse as their individual circumstances and requirements.

People who are disabled can teach other people who have the same problem how to live a normal life and not let their disabled get in the way of theri dreams and goals>
There is no way to know exactly how many physically or mentally disabled people live in a particular country. There are probably thousands of disabled people in France.
I think 7990 Tom
Are there grants for disabled people?
No. You could say "disabled people have weaknesses", or "disabled people's weaknesses...".
Yes, there are many disabled people there.
Most people with disabilities are NOT institutionalized. I am severely disabled from a stroke and live a normal life, live at home, drive, etc. This is being written via voice recognition software as it is difficult for me to type. Some people with disabilities live in assisted living housing or go into nursing homes, etc. For many disabled people, the thought of being in an institution is abhorrent, as it is to me.
Of course... disabled people are equal with 'normal' people in status. All are made in the image of God. Furthermore, many Christians believe disabled babies should not be killed before birth since they are equally special in the eyes of God and represent another human soul that will live in eternity. Disability is the result of the fall, and the disabled will be whole again in Heaven.
