in my state almost racism had an effect over the years so i cant really say.

It is highly likely that most do, but not all acknowledgethe racism, prejudice, and/or discrimination they see against others.
I have been doing competitive road racing for a while. I have mostly seen support no racism as i can see. But i suppose there is out there.

People do not always call it racism. Just because there are a few who pull the race card no matter what does not mean it is the whole of any race or of people. Usually, the media will pay more attention to the ones who see it as racism, even when it's not, than pay attention to those who don't see it as racism at all. So, it can look as if everyone is on board with it when they are not.
