Vermont was the first state to grant Native Americans the right to vote, doing so in 1777. This was part of the state's constitution, which did not restrict voting rights based on race. However, many Native Americans faced various barriers to voting in subsequent years, and it wasn't until the mid-20th century that more widespread voting rights were recognized across the United States.

Women in Montana gained the right to vote in 1914, when the state passed a suffrage referendum. This made Montana one of the first states in the U.S. to grant women full voting rights. The decision was influenced by the broader women's suffrage movement and the efforts of local activists. In 1920, the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution further solidified women's voting rights nationwide.
In the late 1800s, women won voting rights in several western states, including Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho. Wyoming was the first state to grant women the right to vote in 1869, followed by Colorado in 1893, and both Utah and Idaho in 1896. These early victories were significant in the broader women's suffrage movement, setting a precedent for other states to follow.
The nineteenth amendment prohibits each state and/or federal government from denying anyone voting rights because of their sex. So basically, no voting sexism.
Finland was the first nation to grant women the vote, but it was a Grand Duchy of the Russian Empire. The first independent state to grant the vote to women was New Zealand. No, it was not Finland, Finland granted this in 1906. However Australia granted national voting rights to women (except aboriginal women) in 1902. People always seem to forget Australia.
