Racial bigotry is a vicious crime that still occurs throughout the world. There are many civil rights organizations throughout the world that are demanding that the United Nations make a compulsory declaration outlawing the practice of all forms of bigotry. There was a recent Summit of the Americas conference in the Caribbean where one of the issues on the agenda was to get a consensus from the political leaders to outlaw the scornful acts of bigotry that still plagues most countries of the world.
