There really hasn't been one as the doctors have not found a usable technique for creating a working and feeling penis from the smaller clitoris. It's much easier to remove material than it is to add. Hopefully in the future with more research, lab grown organs from their own cells will allow FtM transsexuals to have actual working reproductive organs.
