Why are there Refugees?

Refugees are trying to escape their current country in search of a better life somewhere else. They may be trying to escape due to war, poverty, gang violence or whatever reason they see fit to flee their country. Most don't have enough money to pay for, and usually not enough time to get, their documentation. However, it's not usually about money. It's the loss of hope in their native countries. There will always be people trying to escape something in their country of origin.

Some people are refugees because of a natural disaster such as a flood, hurricane or earthquake.

Other people might be refugees because of wars or other man made disturbances.
