its not really that they are disrespected, it is that they are seen as an easier target as some one to pick on or make fun of. For men it might seem as though you have a lack of manliness. and for woman it may seem you have a lack of beauty. just know that people only disrespect other because they are disrespected by someone important to them, and they are unintelligent by taking it out on others
