Racism is a byproduct of the division of people. We are all programmed differently, so the way we see ourselves programmed makes us think it is "the right way." Many people will suggest that it is "human nature" to behave in such a matter, when realistically, it is the direct result of separating people based on: nations, color, gender, creed, wealth, social class, religion, etc.

Think about it. If you are a student of an elementary school in the United States, what happens every morning before class starts? The pledge of allegiance. When your parents ask you, "What's the greatest country in the world?" they expect you to say "The Good ol' U.S.A."-so you see, it is not human nature to behave or think this way. No one wants to simply be better than anyone else. It is just the illusion of holding pride to one's set of standards that keeps people from truly being open-minded.

African Elephants don't go picking on Indian Elephants because they are smaller. Racism was made by people.
